What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

High motor linebacker with flexibility to play inside-outside or in coverage. 2020 all-region team selection. One pick-six, one fumble strip and score for a total of two defensive scores, 6 forced incompletions, 14 tackle a game, Heritage Bank player of the week in 2020. Play fullback and wildcat QB as well. 4.2 GPA student set to graduate with the Capstone Diploma for AP achievement. Church going and community involved.

Reynolds is a high academic athlete who created some impactful turnovers his junior year. He has good acceleration to the football and looks very good in pass coverage. Reynolds has good upper body strength. We were interested to see how Reynolds would play this fall being a senior leader and having more of the defensive burden falling on his shoulders. So far, he has 60 tackles, 4 sacks, 1 interception and two fumble recoveries through just 5 games. He’s at about 215 lbs. I would say what stands out right away with Reynolds is the improved agility. He is looking a lot quicker moving around in the tackle box. Doing a much better job of dropping his hips and driving his legs through the tackle. Reynolds has improved his fundamentals a good bit. He is taking better pursuit angles. Reynolds has definitely taken a jump athletically and is making a lot more explosive plays. Definitely a legit jump in his athleticism here. Couple that with his excellent grades and more D1’s should really jump on.
