Hajj-Malik Williams Earns Offer No. 1

Colleges are beginning to notice that Hapeville Charter has more than just elite defensive players, and Hajj-Malik Williams is no exception to the sudden surge in colleges becoming interested in offensive players for the relatively new school. Yesterday, Williams earned his first collegiate offer when Jacksonville State contacted the steady signal-caller.

“It feels great for a school to finally trust me with their future. I’ve been waiting for this moment for a while now, and I’m extremely blessed that it finally came,” Williams said about receiving his first offer.

Williams had one of the best seasons at quarterback in the state of Georgia last year, throwing for 2,901 yards (175-of-303) and 27 touchdowns. His amazing season led his Hapeville Charter squad all the way to the semifinals.

Williams, who is currently ranked the No. 15 quarterback in the state, plans to visit Georgia Southern next Saturday. The rest of his spring schedule is up in the air, so check out his RG profile, and start recruiting the hard-throwing QB before more colleges jump in.
