Senior Clark Is a Dual Threat

A quarterback flying under the radar in the state of Georgia this season is senior Isaiah Clark. The Walnut Grove playmaker broke his hand in the second quarter of the first game and has only gotten back onto the gridiron in the last three weekends.

The preseason first-team All-County quarterback made quick use of his time back on the field and has totaled 400 yards passing and 200 yards rushing in that span. Also, the senior is deployed on the defensive side of the ball, where he lines up at CB, a position that utilizes his outstanding quickness.

His best game of the season took place last weekend against Clarke Central where he had 200 yards passing and around 70 yards rushing while combining for three touchdowns. He had a dazzling run in the game where he scrambled around the pocket, fooling most of the defense, then knifed through the middle for a 20-yard rushing score.

Stetson is his lone offer to this point (recruiting exposure took a hit with the injury), so colleges must watch his latest game film to see the jump he has made from his junior season. Clark is a good student at Walnut Grove boasting a 3.4 GPA while also being NCAA-eligible with a 1000 SAT score.

The senior could be a real threat in the right offensive attack, and with his versatility to play other positions, Clark is a true diamond in the rough. Interested in recruiting Isaiah Clark? Click HERE to visit his HUDL profile.
