Welcome to another edition of the Recruiting Recap! Thanks for stopping by, and if you are new here, let me do a quick recap on the recap. Scoop: We are day late on this commitment, but still extremely high on Bullard. He is the best tackling cornerback here in the state from what we have seen. He is explosive with outstanding breaks on the football. His acceleration is legit, and he can jump passes or get out to the flat on a screen pass and blow up the play before it happens. UGA lands a very physical DB here, and does show some versatility to play CB or FS at the next level too.
