Sleeper of the Day
Jasaiayah Boatright
2026 Jenkins
Offensive Guard
Boatright is a heavy dude, standing around 6’4″ and 320 lbs, who carries himself well. Seeing him pull across the line of scrimmage or scoop block out in space, it is apparent that Boatright has solid body control while engaged with a defender. He keeps a flat back while engaged and does a good job with his pad level. Boatright appears to have long arms and does a very good job of getting inside the pads of the defender, driving his legs and burying them backwards. That provides some positional versatility, but he is, by and large, out of position at offensive tackle in high school, and will be an offensive guard at the next level. He needs to get quicker laterally, which seems to be a focus, gauging offseason videos where he is training on his footwork and agility. That’s good to see, but he should be living on a ladder each day, working on his quickness. Overall, Boatright is among the biggest sleepers on the OL in the state. The 2026 appears to have legit D1 caliber size. He will be a candidate to be All-State in 3A here in 2025.

Three ‘n Out
I wrote about Kingston Brown on Monday this week, highlighting a nice film package he put working with his trainer. The rising sophomore looked bigger, now up to 265 lbs., and was explosive moving around. Since then, his recruitment has caught on fire with WKU offering, then after On3’s Jeremy Johnson highlighted Brown, which led to a tidal wave of offers from UGA, Colorado State, and Florida to close out the school week. As stated, Brown looks to really to have really turned the corner as an athlete, and we expect him to be an impact player this upcoming season.
This rising sophomore was a head turner tonight. Kingston Brown. Remember that name. I have a feeling he’s about to blow up. 15 YO, 2028, 6’3 265 pounds. Stood his ground as a freshman and has grown into an even better player for Carver Columbus. pic.twitter.com/sSu2pjCoJr

Breman’s Bryson Jenkins shows he is more than just a big body on the football field. The 6’5″ 280 lbs. blocker has started off high school right. Jenkins has averaged a 4.0 GPA and was awarded the Principal’s Role Award at the end of the semester. No doubt, the huge blocker will have the attention of D1 programs before you know it. He shows a lot of upside as a blocker, and you have to see how he finishes the play. There are tons of pancakes on film.
I received the Principal’s Role award and received my Academic Letter at awards night for having a 4.0 GPA my first 2 years in high school.@GATABHSdevils @RecruitGeorgia @NwGaFootball @NEGARecruits pic.twitter.com/tFMnlakJtK

McKinley McShan is an intriguing 2026 edge defender that the Grayson football page highlighted this week. They shared several plays from practice where he sets the edge exceptionally using his length, and then fills the gap by getting low and putting a hat on the ball carrier effectively. Those kinds of plays catch your attention, especially for a guy who is around 6’3″. You won’t find much varsity film on McShan’s Hudl, but that didn’t stop Toledo from offering earlier this week. More colleges could be following along, especially if he plays like this during camp season in a few weeks, so stay tuned.
