Sleeper of the Day
Ka’Dorian Benjamin
2026 Swainsboro
Offensive Lineman
One of the most underrated OL in the class of ’26 has to be Kadorian Benjamin. The 6’5″ 310 lbs.. blocker is a solid athlete with long arms and the frame to be a dominating offensive guard at the next level. Benjamin has stick hands, staying engaged with the defender and showing the force to drive back. He is relatively raw at his position still; he needs to work on his pad level, among other fundamental aspects of his game. But the general athleticism and size are captivating, to say the least. Benjamin just recently won the Class A Discus Throw, showcasing his functional athleticism, which brings a lot of optimism to his potential at the next level. College will want to see him this summer up close and personal at camps. Plus, fine-tuning his blocking during senior year could even yield some additional college interest, but we feel that Benjamin will start to grab attention in the coming weeks. So keep an eye out. His frame and athletic profile will make him hard to miss. Oh, and did we miss saying he has a 4.0 GPA? Yeah, Benjamin is the type of SA you want to invest in.

Three ‘n Out
Recruitment is coming down the stretch for Colquitt County’s Jae Lamar. UGA doesn’t want to miss out on the talented 4-star running back and had OC Mike Bobo pay a visit over the weekend, along with RB coach Josh Crawford on May 6th too. Lamar just narrowed his list down to Miami, FSU, UGA, Auburn, Clemson, and Ohio State. Interesting note, GT RB coach Norv McKenzie seems to pursue Lamar closely regardless of the new top 6, and was seen visiting Colquitt County on May 7th.
Really appreciate @CoachMikeBobo for stopping by & checking out my practice๐ถ#GoDawgs๐ถ@CCPackersFball @CoachHoon @UGAAthletics pic.twitter.com/a654PzYrjU

Class of ’28 defensive lineman Kingston Brown looks ready for a big sophomore year. The 6’3″ 255 lbs. defender has grown a few inches and filled out his frame since we last covered during the 2024 season. Brown was spotlighted after his defensive touchdown, which earned him a spot in the top 10 plays of the week. Going into next season, Brown is looking to go from rotation backup to a legit standout on the defensive line. The latest film suggests he will be ready.

Victor Copeland won the Class A 100m title with a 10.83 time over the weekend. The talented All-State athlete out of Fitzgerald did so on a wet track, but like his speed on the football field, the playing environment doesn’t impact his success. Copeland reminds me of Thomson’s Jontavis Curry, who took the state by storm his senior year and led to them to a state title. A similar scenario could unfold again in 2025.
No one in Class A could catch him on the field last fall, and no one could again today. Fitzgerald’s Vic Copeland is the Class A 100m champ running a 10.83 #RecruitGeorgia https://t.co/fQT6SHs688
