Sleeper of the Day
Damian Henderson
2026 Creekside
Wide Receiver
Henderson is widely liked among route runners in the class of ’26. The shifty slot receiver deceptively changes directions on a dime and has the instincts to sell his fakes adeptly. The result, excellent separation. Henderson does a nice job of reading the coverages, slipping through, and breaking off his route after the play has broken down. He routinely finds himself open. This offseason, we have seen the talented pass-catcher make continued highlight plays in the 7v7 circuit. Beyond just being quick and deceptive, Henderson has reliable hands capable of running over the middle of the defense, taking the big hits, and holding on to the football. We suspect that more targets are coming senior year. Henderson is reliable; someone that Creekside targeted when they needed to move the chains. His connection with fellow senior Cayden Benson will be tough to stop in 2025. On the recruiting front, Henderson is grabbing traction with a few offers from Sacramento State and Kennesaw State in March, and is looking to make a splash this spring during the evaluation period.

Three ‘n Out
Watch out for Carrollton rising sophomore Treyy Norman. At around 6’3″ and 275 lbs, the young OL shows a quick athletic first step and functional athleticism beyond his age group. With a program like Velocity working with Norman, you can imagine that his fundamentals will improve dramatically to match his athletic upside. Expect FBS programs to be heavily involved with his recruitment.
I have posted on 2028 @Carrollton_High @TreyyNorman in the past, but each time he comes in he is bigger and better than the time before. This kid has a ton of upside and is in the right program to leverage his talents. Excited for his future! @RecruitGeorgia @NEGARecruits… pic.twitter.com/NMThBUxIGq

Duluth’s rising senior defensive back Landon Edmondson had the hit of the early spring thus far. Watch the 6’3″ 190 lbs. lay the wood on the ball carrier in this tackling drill. That’s what we call bad intentions. Just a few days back, Edmondson received a big offer from UAB, and we suspect more FBS programs will soon follow. So much upside for the rising senior. He developed in his youth at receiver, which helps Edmondson attack passes at the apex of his jump, and now couple that with his big-hitting ability, and you have a talented D1 safety to recruit.

Collins Hill’s Katrell Webb is among the best edge defenders in the state and has a slew of P4 programs in pursuit of his talents, but how about this crazy high-pointed catch he made the other day? Looks like the big 6’3″ 230 lbs. athlete could have some impact on the offensive side of the football. How he develops on offense should be worth monitoring during the football season.
