Carrington flows to the ball and plays the run game well. The class of 17 safety’s junior film has been mostly overlooked by scouts but he can definitely play at the next level. Carrington has very good acceleration which allows him to make up serious ground on passing plays. He is very physical when taking on blocks and you see him make some impressive individual plays taking on a block and tackling the ball carrier. The Fayette Co. senior needs to continue to focus on his fundamentals, being sure to keep his helmet up on tackles and better pursuit angles but Div 1 programs will absolutely like Carrington’s speed, size and physicality.
