Throgmartin has been one of the top QBs in his recruiting class since he was in youth ball. The class of ’25 passer is incredibly focused and absolutely committed to being successful, and those attributes will serve him well at the next level. Throgmartin has always thrown a confident deep ball where he is a natural leading the receiver. He has improved a good bit with his mobility and looks more than comfortable maneuvering and bouncing outside the pocket if need be. He has improved a lot as a thrower on the run. He has a quick release getting the football out fast, and that is superseded by even quicker decision-making. Throgmartin is so adept at reading a defense it is second nature, and he so often finds the open guy. He is a decisive quarterback with great location on his short to intermediate throws. Does a nice job of driving the ball out. Throws with a consistently good base and above-average velocity on his ball. Getting more explosive and quicker laterally will only help the 2025 QB as he continues to develop. Throgmartin has the tools to be an FBS starter and the type of intangibles that will produce winning football.
