Pace is one of the best athletes at his HS playing QB/WR/FS. He doesn’t have a cannon, but throws a nice tight spiral that is very catchable. He is a quick football player, changes direction well and shows legit acceleration. He is a good tackler, takes nice pursuit angles and explodes through the hips on his tackles. I’m really impressed with promising 2020 athlete, he shows a lot of potential as a FS at the next level – he made 2nd team All-Region last fall. He’s not a big athlete, but good body composition and overall makes impressive dynamic movements in pads. Pace takes good long distance pursuit angles. He’s a very skilled player, seems to have a good IQ. Needs to work on hip rotation and working on his back pedal too. Reads the pass well, I think playing FS should be a good fit, especially with how well he tackles.
