McNeal was one of the best in Class A Public last year throwing for just under 2k yards and rushing for 700. He combined for 31 touchdowns on the season. McNeal has been a starter since his freshman year. He’s very under control. Pretty smart runner making good cut backs and overall he sees the field well. McNeal has sharpened his passing over the years. We would like to see him improve his footwork and work on stepping into his pass, that should help a lot with velocity. McNeal is pretty good at throwing the football. He has a nice trajectory and a fairly tight spiral. He can scramble well, and does a nice job of keeping his eyes up field and find an open receiver. He does appear to throw some risky passes but his efficiency indicates solid decision making during his junior year. McNeal should be one of the top targets among options teams in the state of Georgia. He might not have the ideal size, but his combination of throwing and running is one of the best in Georgia.
