Proctor just looks like a P5 caliber athlete coming off the edge. He is long and right at 200 lbs. Not really a good tackler though, seems to use his arms way too much, and would like to see him just drop his hips and explodes through the attempt. Still, there is some good hustle from the 2022 recruit, and he does drive his legs through the attempt. Definitely closes on the ball carrier. Sort of reminds me of Tariq Carpenter from Long County from a few years back. Proctor has some things to clean up, but his frame and speed is legit.
