Led the area in Receptions in 2019. Been playing QB position since 6 yrs old. Playing in upper class groups since 8yrs old in basketball and baseball. Love to compete and get better. Very Humble!!!!

Shelley stepped into the QB job after Payne had to sit out last year due to injury and the 6’4″ athlete was solid. He’s not the most efficient passer, but has some athleticism getting out in space and utilizing his 6’4″ frame to create some action. He isn’t a bad passer either. Throwing some hard tight spirals where he truly uncorks a pass. Shelley has some legit tools to work with. He has a pretty quick release but form definitely needs some work. Shelley needs some extra work throwing across from his body, but throwing into his dominant side he tosses the football with some zip. Shelley is an interesting situation, it seems like a lot of schools simply do not know he exists, but the 6’3-4″ dual sport athlete has some legit raw arm talent and if he continues to improve with his movement in the pocket he could really take another step. Will he be a QB this upcoming season? Not sure, but I can think some schools will be interested in a player with his level of coordination and size.
