Hines has a great body composition, and sort of ran away with the RB duties last year to some extent. He made a lot of big plays as a returner and running back. He does a great job of setting up the defender with his blocks or in 1 v 1 situations. Has really good running vision and well timed cut backs. He doesn’t have break always speed, looks like a quality running back at the next level that can deliver consistency. The fact he handles return duties on a team with a lot of skill position talent demonstrates he has reliable hands. Strong lower body allows him to break thru weak arm tackles too. Expecting him to take it up another notch his senior year.
