Sapp is a super fast past-rusher coming off the edge, his outstanding speed allows him to get around the blocker with relative ease. He gets solid leverage, but would like to see him be more physical at the point of attack. Sapp’s speed and hustle makes him a legit recruit, and would be a good fit in a 3-4 defense as an OLB. His agility allows him to get into the backfield and play the read-option really well too. From an upside stand point Sapp can absolutely be an impact pass-rusher at the next level, he displays the quick-twitch reactions that FBS colleges are looking for in sack-artist.
