What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Leadership. Motor. Size, weight and athleticism. I compare to many of the top D-Ends in the class of 2020 but with less exposure. My grades are my accolades. Stats: I missed the first 6 games of the season due to an injury that kept me off the field and out of the gym. Look at my film. I went head to head with two of the top 3-Star tackles in the game, John Williams and Nick Pendley, and did very well. For run deficient college teams, my film shows that I will keep the run game in check. I have the speed and burst off the line to get past the tackles before they can touch me. I was the fastest player at the Georgia State Camp in 2018. You can see that video on my NCSA site. Look at me in comparison to B.J. Ojulari ESPN #77 Class of 2020 who is 6’3” 209 and runs a 40 in 5.09 and a shuttle in 4.46. We are close in all aspects. His broad jump is not listed. Also, I compare well to Chanze Williams ESPN #107 Class of 2020, 6’4” 219, runs the 40 in 4.78 and has a vertical of 32.2″. His broad jump is not listed. The difference is I did not attend whatever camp rates the players. Right now, I am an under the radar player. However, this year, I was selected to play in the Georgia Elite Classis without the need for a tryout. That team say my film and invited me.

Bell claims a 10’4″ broad jump, which is pretty off the charts for a player with the rest of his metrics. The 6’3″ DL is a patient player going after the read option. He does a nice job of sliding his feet and reading the play. Bell has nice hand placement and does a nice job swimming through blocks. He needs to get quicker with his hands, but solid fundamentals to work with. Bell needs to work on lateral quickness and just closing quicker to the ball carrier. Pretty solid defensive lineman though, I would like to see him gain another 10-15 lbs during this offseason, but he should get some legit D1 interest due to grades, size and work ethic. Just needs a more explosive step at this point so he closes on the ball carrier at a higher level. Very excited to see where his recruitment goes this offseason.
