McClennon has always been a confident athlete, which is definitely a good quality for a CB at the next level. He accelerates quickly to the football, and hits his top speed in just a few strides. Breaks on the football pretty well for that reason. Had a really good season overall, does a nice job turning head around the ball. Probably had close to 10 PBU’s on the year. Fairly long arms it looks like, McClennon does an excellent job of timing his jump and getting the most out his height. Duncan ended up adding about 10 lbs to his frame over the last year. He is playing good football, especially looking good in coverage where he does an excellent job of raking the pass out of the receiver’s hands. Pretty tough tackler too, taking down a few big athletes out in the flat. Duncan has definitely made some nice progress over the last year in terms of athleticism, but also improved in coverage too.
