Manior has one of the strongest bench presses we have seen in the state of Georgia. We watched game film of the 2017 recruit against elite running back Trey Sermon and he was dominant at the point of attack. The Dalton tackle needs to improve his lateral quickness, but at his size, you can only do so much. He has very powerful hands, which he uses to bull rush or swim move past the blocker. Like how he pursues the ball carrier and he cleans up tackles out on the sideline – great indicator of a high-motor.
Max led Dalton’s defense with 7.5 sacks in 2016 including 3 sacks vs. Sequoyah. That is quite an accomplishment for an interior lineman. He also had 12 tackles for a loss and 56 tackles for the season. He has committed to play for the Lindsey Wilson Blue Raiders and has a chance to make an immediate impact as LW graduated 6 defensive lineman in 2016-2017.
