What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
Number 2 in the state for sacks as a junior
It was a great year for Talley this year, and he showed elite quickness getting off the ball and attacking the backfield. His lightening quick first step coupled with good footwork at the point of attack allows him to blow right by the offensive tackle. Watched him in the Elite Ga Classic and came away impressed with his multiple tackles for loss, including one player where he blew by a 6’6″ 300 OT for a sack. Talley will have to add another 40 pounds to have an impact at the next level. He shows a good motor coming from the backside, so playing in a 3-4 OLB role seems ideal. He does a great job of playing the edge, gets really good leverage in run support. Will be monitoring his weight gain this offseason, but think Talley can play FCS ball, no doubt.
