What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I’m very athletic, I have great ball IQ to read any wide receiver before they even drive off the ball, I also have great speed and good route running ability with strong hands.

Fulks has theoretically good upside considering his 6’2″ frame and solid athleticism. The free safety prospect shades in the direction of the play and does a decent job getting downhill against the run. He has good length to get off blocks but would like to see him be more aggressive with his hands. His tackling fundamentals need to be cleaned up, but he is focused and willing to improve, so we think that will come with time and experience. It’s not for lack of effort, that’s for sure. Fulks has made some highlight plays throughout his high school career. He has above-average ball skills on top of excellent length, so he is able to get his hands on the football a good bit. It is noteworthy that he missed half of his junior season, and senior year he looks solid with 39 tackles, 3 interceptions and 5 pass breakups to go along with a touchdown at receiver. Fulks has the tools that should intrigue D1 programs, now it’s just working hard this offseason. Jumping into his senior film and we are continuously impressed by Fulks ability to read the football up top and position himself to make a play. His footwork and backpedal have really improved over the last year, looking lighter changing directions. Georgia Southern continues to show interest throughout this fall getting him out to games.
