What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I was acknowledged as first team RB my sophomore year in Hall County not starting the first three games and I have a high GPA.

Smith expects to play some RB here in 2020, but it’s his DB over the last year that makes him such an intriguing prospect. He has gained nearly 15 lbs. since last year and is now around 190 lbs. Smith has very good reactions to the football. He keeps his head on a swivel and is able to make good breaks. He does play some RB, and you see that his top end speed is legit on that film alone. Smith is an FBS caliber athlete – there is little doubt in our mind that he gets a good bit of offers during the 2022 recruiting cycle. He tackles pretty well in the open field, and that added weight should make an even bigger difference. Definitely wants to be considered a RB based off his film alone, but we had always liked his film more at DB.
