What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
I’m a dual threat QB, make great decisions, have great vision, have good communication skill, great accuracy, my QB rating 130….in one half I went for 10 for 12 with 7 touchdown and 285 yards.
Stevens has been spreading the ball around nicely for Brunswick, and the team is playing a lot better after last season’s very disappointing year. He has a really quick first step, and can get out of the pocket in a hurry and make a play on the run. He is lightening quick, and his ability to change directions is really impressive. He reports a 3.8 shuttle time, which is the highest we have seen this year. One thing is for sure, he is one of the quicker QB’s we have seen in Georgia, no doubt. One aspect we do like about his game is that he does not give up on the pass and will keep his eyes up field when you would expect a HS QB to go off and run. That’s a really mature characteristic. He also throws a pretty accurate pass while on the run and nice touch on his pass so that it is catchable. He is a state leader this year with over 2400 passing yards in the regular season.
