Baughman fires off the football with really good speed, and couple his excellent first step with his good size and you can see how tough of a matchup he is. He does a really good job of getting his hands inside his opponents pads, and getting leverage. He stays low coming out his stance, generates a lot of power, and maintains that low pad level running after the ball carrier. Baughman looks like a FBS recruit, I can see him being over 300 lbs at the next level while maintaining his natural quickness. He is playing a lot of OL his senior year, and looking pretty good too landing a lot of pancakes and utilizing his quickness to stay engaged with blocks. He doesn’t have ideal height at OL, but extremely impressive with his quickness, hustle and general power he is showing on film. Made very nice improvements in upper body strength in the last year.
