Costlow was the starting QB the last two years at Jones County where he has put up great numbers as the signal-caller. Definitely has a feel running the spread option, really does a nice job of getting the football out to his playmakers. Throws a nice football, but what I like about the 2020 recruit the most is he steps his game up in big games. Good all-around player, he did a good job showing composure running Jones Co offense the last few seasons, and this senior he has really taken his game up another level. Junior year turnovers were a tad bit of a problem, but early on in the 2019 season he has cutdown considerable, and Jones County looks to be a top 5 team in the Classification. I would buy high in Costlow though, I think he can definitely improve his game, mostly from a physical stand point and be a surprise player in 2019. Update: currently, he is leading the state in passing yards at the midpoint of the season.
