Carr played really well last year vs North Paulding and was making tackles all over the field. He is a decent hustle defender, but does seem to be a step slower in the passing game. Coverage skills are below average and he loses track of man down the middle of the field too easily. Carr does a quality job stopping the run, as hustle and desire can showcased better in these situations. He needs to get stronger at the point of attack as he gets knocked off the ball too easily. Good player to blitz on the edge where his speed can make a bigger impact. Hoping to see better coverage skills this season. Had his best game so far against Harrison where he met their FBS caliber RB in the hole several times for a short stop.
