What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

I’m a 2nd string running back and didn’t start playing until the 4 games of the season and I rushed over 500 yards with minimum carries.

Conley has a solid frame at 5’11” and 185 lbs already. He’s got a nice stop n go running style where he decelerates on a dime then accelerates right after. It’s hard for a defender to get a nice read on him. Needs to get his pads lower when running. He’s elusive. Nice choppy feet in the tackle box and can really throw a defender off in tight spaces. Nice zone-read back where he can make quick cuts in a vertical scheme. Doesn’t have the speed to do too much damage on the perimeter. Can see Conley topping out at 205-210 lbs. in college. Changing up his pad level would really help with getting extra yards on contact, that would honestly be the biggest look for his senior year. Back again to check on Conley, and his senior film is about where we expected. He’s a solid back and just needed the reps to produce at a high level. Pad level does look better, and you are seeing him finish off runs low trying to get extra yardage. Conley is a balanced back and given more time in the weight room he should blossom in college. We would like to see him break more tackles, especially from below the waist.
