Reeves has been ultra-focused adding weight to his frame in 2024, and is already around 170 with some big maxes; most notably a 535 lbs squat. The 2025 athlete is just all over the field playing both defensive back and several skill positions on offense. Going into the 2024 season though, Reeves is at Sumter County, and that could lead to a bigger offensive load than at Hapeville Charter. Perhaps even some carries in the backfield. On defense, Reeves is a really smart defender who accurately reads the play. He gets good depth on his backpedal and shows super light feet as he drops back in coverage. That allows for Reeves to use his good speed to close out on the sideline. He has a 100m time at around 10.7 so he can close the gap rather fast. By and large, Reeves is a gamer who can impact in several ways. He is an obvious candidate to jump onto a special teams unit and play right away. Reeves earned MVP honors at an MVP camp earlier this offseason. The 2025 athlete is highly motivated and should have a great senior year in store for Sumter County.
