What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Versatile corner that can play anywhere in the secondary

Chandler Jordan is a multi-year starter at North Gwinnett who first earned a slew of offers during the 2023 evaluation period and has seen a consistent stream of college interest going into this summer. Jordan has all the physical tools you look for in a defensive back. At 6’3″ and 195 lbs., Jordan has the frame to grow into a big-hitting safety, and you see that kind of physicality when North Gwinnett blitzes Jordan off the edge. He is a proficient cornerback in man coverage, doing a good job of playing inside of the receiver and timing his breaks. Very physical boundary cornerback prospect. Jordan gets downhill on his tackle attempts and is explosive. Senior film looks really good breaking up passes, doing a great job of timing the catch point, and raking the football out. Jordan has a lot of versatility considering his skill set and frame to play anywhere in the defensive backfield, plus you have like his authoritative tackling. Considering he is a great student, with excellent measurements and film, it seems like his recruitment would be more or less finalized, but potentially FBS programs have fallen asleep. If so, Jordan could be a late steal for an astute FBS coach.
