Harof is a smooth athlete who shows a lot of versatility too. If he was at other schools, then I really think the 2021 athlete would get a lot more reps at RB, but it’s crowded at BT, and with so many FBS caliber backs, Harof is fighting for playing time at every chance, and ended up getting a lot of reps at slot receiver for that reason. He is also a good tackler at defensive back too. Pretty good in coverage, does a nice job of reading the receiver in man coverage and fairly reactive feet. Very smooth athlete, definitely a D1 caliber athlete with the versatility to play more than one position at the next level. What I like about Harof more than anything is his general toughness after the catch. He has a go-get-it attitude, and really works his tail off to get yards after the catch. He’s a very good blocker for sure. Harof needs to work on his agility in the open field and would like to see him be a little more elusive in open space. I’d say his best fit is at the slot at the next level, so just getting quicker and more explosive out his routes will really help with that. He’s a good returner, and definitely think he has a position as a PR at the next level no matter what due to his decisive running style and not fear taking it up the middle.
