What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

1st Team All-County
Team Sack Leader
2nd Team All-Region

Harvey made first team All-County and Region. The defensive end is well-trained and does a nice job of using his hands to get around blockers. Doesn’t have great length, but does an excellent job of getting leverage and has strong hands at the point of attack to throw linemen off balance. Very good coming off the edge. Needs to continue to fill out. Harvey is not a tall athlete, but projects more of a SDE at the next level more than a WDE. Even with that projection, the big man needs to get quicker in general. His acceleration is average, and we want to see him close on the ball carrier quicker from the backside. Harvey is a tenacious player none the less. IT’s not lack of energy, and will hit with authority when he does make tackle. Sometimes he does strike too high, and struggles to get the ball carrier down. Overall it looks like Harvey needs to continue to fill out and should be around 260 at the college level.
