Sharfudeen was very efficient blocking in 2023 where he reportedly gave up zero sacks on the year. The big offensive tackle has a D1-looking frame, and while he does show good length, there is some good potential to play across the LOS at either OG or OT. Sharfudeen needs to work on his pad level while blocking and continue to improve his flexibility in the hips. He has pretty good hand placement and does a nice job of utilizing his length to get underneath the pads of the defender. Sharfudeen needs to continue to work on flattening out his back while engaged. He does a nice job while running blocking driving his feet through the block, and at the next level, his versatility and good frame creates a lot of interesting opportunities. Colleges will be watching for him to take another jump this offseason going into his senior year, but there is a good base to work with; even if OG is probably the best area down the road.
