Winston Wright set the Mercer track on fire today running a 4.41 40-time, which wowed college scouts who were present. His blazing-fast time impressed college coaches from Florida Atlantic and Troy so much so that they had to offer the speedy do-it-all athlete.
Wright, a 2019 recruit from down in Savannah at Memorial Day high school, now has six offers to date, and with more camps lined up, we think he could really see his recruitment take off as the summer days get hotter. Right now Troy, Florida Atlantic and Western Kentucky are his three FBS offers, but he said that Georgia, Virginia, Georgia State, Florida, South Carolina, App State and Miss State have also shown a growing interest recently in the dynamic playmaker.
