Mercer Camp Yields Offers for Queen

The Mercer ‘Mega Camp’ today was perhaps one of the largest gatherings of Georgia HS athletes we have ever heard about, and many players in the state of Georgia were the benefactors of the massive amounts of exposure linking them directly to college coaches. One athlete who specifically benefited was Sean Queen, who ran a 4.40 & 4.46 forty time, which earned him offers from Presbyterian and Liberty.

The 2018 wide receiver has quickly seen his recruiting interest grow over the last month or so. He won the Class A state long jump championship, and now that camp season is fully under way, colleges can see the explosive athlete up close and personal.

By our count, Queen now has 7 offers to date, including one of the FBS variety from Kent State. The 5’11”, 175-pound slot receiver runs a lightening quick shuttle time of 4.12. He is a master at selling his routes, and is a constant threat to break multiple defender’s ankles once he gets the ball out in space.

At the college level his quick first step and ability to read blocks can be implemented seamlessly into most spread offenses, so we expect his recruitment to only continue to ramp up. Interested in recruiting Sean Queen? Then Click HERE to view his profile.
