Noah Davenport Updates His Recruitment

Spring practice is in the books, and versatile lineman Noah Davenport has been working hard to hone his skills on both sides of the ball. The rising senior athlete looks to make a jump this season into Calhoun’s starting lineup and has been on a mission this offseason to improve his game.

Davenport caught up recently with Recruit Georgia and let us know which schools are interested after spring practice. At this point, Eastern Kentucky, Western Carolina, Marshall, Furman, Holy Cross & Kennesaw State have expressed interest in the rising senior.

With summer right around the corner we are expecting Davenport’s recruitment to heat up. He has worked hard this offseason improving his explosiveness. increasing his power clean to 320 pounds and he currently boast a 32″ vertical jump. Our staff is starting to see his potential as a strong-side defensive end, so what position colleges recruit him for could change as we progress into the fall.
