Isaiah Clark Lands Offer No. 1

Walnut Grove athlete Isaiah Clark received an offer over the weekend from Stetson, making the Hatters his first college scholarship offer. The athletic dual-threat quarterback announced his offer via Twitter:

Clark stands 5’11” and weighs around 165 pounds, and he threw for 980 yards last season with a 64 percent completion rate. He might lack ideal height for a college QB, but his ability to lead the receiver and throw a nice, catchable pass is impressive.

Clark is quick to realize mismatches on the field and makes sure the defense pays. Clark also has good running vision and short-space agility. He ran for almost 300 yards last season, and once he gets out into open space, he can be tough to catch.

With his first offer now in his back pocket, the Class of ’17 player hopes that more college coaches will become aware of his film. Clark only has 93 views currently on his highlight film, so plenty of schools have slept on the Walnut Grove athlete.
