Huntley was offered by Western Kentucky on May 24th, and chose the Hilltoppers over offers from Georgia State, Minnesota, Elon and Mercer.
He has been working hard in the weightroom this offseason, looking to build off his impressive junior campaign. Huntley is a slashing back with good straight line speed. Once he gets out into open space – lookout! He runs a reported 4.57 40 time, while also squatting 555, and benching 350.
Locust Grove was a surprise team last fall in the state but teams will not be sleeping on Huntley and his teammates this fall. The athletic back ran for 998 yards and 8 TD’s last season and figures to be a focal point of the offense again.
Huntley is the first Georgia player to commit to Western Kentucky for the Class of 17 and is the Hilltoppers third commitment overall.
