Virus Doesn’t Stop Rising Junior’s Motivation

Rising junior Denzel Alexandre-Louis, from North Cobb Christian High School, is excited for the upcoming season. “Coming into my junior season, I have been working much harder than before and managing my time with workouts and friends,” Alexandre-Louis said.

Workouts during the pandemic haven’t been a problem for Alexandre-Louis. “We have doing what we’re allowed to do at this time, which is 20 people per group and 10 separated,” Alexandre-Louis said.

Motivation is not a question for Alexandre-Louis. “Our goal is to win the state championship and we’re going to do that the best way possible.”

“My freshman year was our first playoff appearance so we’re on the come up right now as a small 1A private school,” Alexandre-Louis said.

Alexandre-Louis has been to The University of Auburn’s Junior Day. He is also receiving looks from the University of Kentucky, North Carolina and Georgia Tech. Alexandre-Louis is mainly playing defense this upcoming season but due to team numbers, he will also play Left Guard for the offense.

RG’s Quick Take: Alexandre-Louis stands 6’5″ and right at 300 lbs. He is one of the bigger rising junior prospects that have emerged from his recruiting class thus far. At the Class A level he really has his way in the middle, and we are definitely intrigued at his potential playing OG too. He raw athleticism and size should prove to be too enticing among D1 programs, and we suspect that Alaxander-Louis will have double-digit offers this time a year from now.
