Sleeper of the Day
Jaylen Gamble
2025 Archer
Offensive Guard
Gamble started at left tackle for Archer in 2023. The 6’4″ offensive lineman is now up to 290 lbs., showing quick reactive feet to the defender and pretty good kick-step at the snap. Gamble plays with leverage, light feet moving laterally, and keeps after the defender playing until the whistle. The 2025 offensive lineman is quick getting out of his stance or sliding over to pick up a blitzer. considering his now almost 300 lbs., it seems like Gamble is a good candidate to play OG at the next level. There are good flashes of film from his junior year. He plays with good urgency getting out to the perimeter to make a block, and should be a good pulling offensive guard at the next level. Gamble is a solid offensive lineman. He is a good athlete who will continue to get stronger. His light feet are his top skill as of now, and we would like to see more from him in terms of run blocking, especially driving his legs through and pancaking the defender. Gamble had a strong spring game against Collins Hill and earned an offer from Samford during the evaluation period. We have attached his spring film against Collins Hill underneath, where his fluidity is once again highlighted.

Ty Tillery is a rising junior who has already committed to play baseball at UGA, but shows some promise on the gridiron. Last week at the Samford camp, the big 6’4″ wide receiver originally posted a 4.4 with a hand timer, followed by a 4.306 laser time. In his sophomore film, he has several explosive plays where his long-running gait strides out by the pursuit. On the diamond, Tillery throws around 88-90 MPH, and the UGA commit is widely regarded as one of the top prospects in the state. So one would assume his recruitment is final, but a 4.3 40 time is very fast, especially at 6’4″. Colleges will be watching to see what the 2026 athlete can do this fall for Morgan Co and UGA baseball might have some competition soon.
I had a great time getting some work in at @SamfordFootball Camp last week. Great meeting and talking with Coach @HatchAttack1 !
Personal best 40 time – 4.306

Bryce ‘Hitman’ Hart was a tackle leader in 3A with 138 last season as a junior. The 6’2″ 213 lbs. linebacker has been working hard this offseason going to various camps and putting in the extra time to beat out the competition. Yesterday, Hart posted broad jumps of 10’2″ and 10’5″ respectively, which is just insane for an athlete his age and frame. Hart does a great job pointing out that it would be 3rd best broad jump for any linebacker at the NFL combine this year. The senior is a great student-athlete taking Honors/AP classes, a theater state champion, and has been class president at Ringgold for the last two years. Oh yeah, and he hits like a bag of hammers. Austin Peay, Georgetown, and Kennesaw State offered during the evaluation period.
Started the session with two 10’2 broad jumps and a PR of 10’5 (@peak_kinetic verified) which would place me 3rd at the 2024 NFL Combine for LB, work to be done🙏🏽 @NwGaFootball @RecruitGeorgia @ChrisFYN @OffTheBenchCHA @PaulCavin22 @jlsimsy @GPBsports @CSmithScout @CoachACrisp pic.twitter.com/m39oIWYpvc

Thomas County Central has been bustling ever since they won the 6A state title last December, and the hype continues going into this season. TCC did a Midnight Madness over the weekend where over 1000 showed up to see the team prepare to defend their state title. With reclassification, they will be competing in 5A, granted a lot of the usual suspects they competed with on their playoff run dropped down a classification as well. They will be among the proverbial favorites to repeat this fall.
What a night! HUGE shoutout to Jacket Nation for showing up last night, we had 1000+ people come out to support us at Midnight Madness. We couldn’t do it without all of the love and support you show our guys all year! #TheCounty #TogetherWeSwarm #W1NTHEDAY pic.twitter.com/vfOrUr7cuH
