Ross had about 885 rushing yards and 250 receiving, which is a down from his sophomore year where he had close to 1400 on the year. They loss one of their top OL so that could have hurt his rushing numbers but still noteworthy drop off. Very fluid athlete who changes directions very well. Ross already weighs 200 lbs. and can change directions very well at his size. Good speed but not going to burn the defense really. Gets his pads pretty low when running the football and breaks a fair amount of tackles. Needs to do more work in the weight room, especially in the hips – that should help with his explosiveness. Very tough player though and doesn’t shy away from contact. Wonder what he would look like at linebacker.
