The ability to multitask school work and work on the field as well as my Wingspan 7’1 and quickness for a big man, most pancake blocks last yr 2017, All-county last yr 2017
Flournoy has a 7′ wing span, which allows him to get tremendous leverage on his opponent. He plays with a really strong bases, shows good athleticism getting up field. Really impressed with how he dominates in pass pro. He shows light feet, strong hands and his length makes it hard for a DE to get by him. He is very aggressive player, seems to relish getting his man down. At the next level he’ll have to play OG. He needs some extra work in the weight room, his raw physical tools are pretty good, and willing to bet his reach is better than plenty of OL a few inches taller than him. Working on hip flexibility would help a good bit too.
