What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
Every year of my athletic career I’ve improved. My work ethic has been unmatched, and I leave a huge impact on the game. I’m that player you can tell to hold the ball on PAT and I’ll do it successfully. I’ve been a leader to many on and off the field which helps with many things in my life. I’ve never been dominated by an opponent and I’ve faced several “monsters” and they appear on my highlight tape.
Brown has strong hands and does get good leverage when blocking, but needs to work on driving his legs while engaged. He seems to rely too much on his shear size and not enough on fundamentals. He probably could stand to lose some lbs. and work on getting more flexible/quicker at the point of attack. I do like the effort he shows on each play, and he definitely has some upside at OG. Definitely a good student too. Brown needs to really work on his feet and getting quicker, but there is some solid upside to the recruit. Very good strength in his upper body, Brown should definitely attract some D1 and D2 interest.
