Webb can actually fly, and watching him in the Elite GA game he stood out just running around. I do not doubt that he runs a 40 time, his top end acceleration is very tough for many to meet. Webb would be a good slot or DB at the next level. He makes some hard cuts and jumps out of the way of defenders. I’m really high on Webb – his speed stands out and I think he can be a pretty good DB at the next level.
