BLUE – RG Combine Confirmed
What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?
My hard work and talent speaks for itself. I’m quick and resilient. Fast off the line and I get down the field to make necessary plays. Without a doubt I will be one of the top 250 athletes in this class.
Cowher find himself open down the middle a good bit from his slot receiver role, and last year playing on the JV team for Lakeside, he was quite the weapon used on a pretty diverse route tree and also a sweep plays where his natural running instincts come into play. Cowher does a solid job of selling his fake in the open field, but where he obviously needs to improve is from a lateral quickness stand point still. I would guess that hip flexibility needs to be improved a good bit. Cowher shows pretty solid explosiveness with his 8’11” broad jump and you see him accelerate around weaker defenses. On the varsity he got some work on KO duties but right now he still trying to crack the starting lineup. Stay tuned to later this year, where Cowher will be jumping into his junior year, and will have an entire offseason to get a good relationship with the starting QB at Lakeside, who is a very good passer.
