Carr is having a pretty good season in his own right at Warner Robins, and does a nice job feeling out the defense for open areas. He has good concentration, because some of these perfect passes thrown by his QB take some incredible focus. Carr is a capable receiver no doubt. He can down the middle and make catches fully extended with little sign of fear of the big hit. He doesn’t explode on film, but has very good lateral quickness – the 2020 receiver can redirect quickly, and has pretty good balance as well. He can be a pretty solid slot receiver at the next level for that matter.
