Ponder was the go-to threat this season for Colquitt County using his explosive athleticism to get free on routes. He is very quick with his breaks but where we are even more impressed is his footwork. The senior does and excellent job of getting off press coverage and releasing up field. Absolutely enjoy watching the senior finish off his runs with an emphatic lowering of his shoulder. Ponder has very good hands due to his excellent hand-eye coordination. Colquitt played possible the toughest schedule in the state, so Ponder is absolutely battle tested and his film speaks volumes of his entire body of work during his senior campaign.
