What makes you stand out as a future collegiate athlete?

Versatility, ability to run between the tackles, and beat you with speed. Also the ability to catch the ball out the backfield, can also catch the ball from the slot position.

Gary has been a name that local reporters have been gushing to us about over the last few weeks, and his film certainly fits the hype. To put succinctly, the 2019 athlete is one of the best running backs we have scouted yet. First, what caught us off guard was how good his hands were and his crisp route running. Gary handles return duties, and is more than capable of making tough catches down the middle that you don’t see from HS backs with his skill set – it is truly special. He has an elite jump cut at the line of scrimmage, outstanding pad level in between the tackles too. That forward lean allows him to just bust through poor tackle attempts. He has a sprinter’s running stride and once he gets out in open field he can be nearly impossible to catch. Outside of being an inch or two taller, Gary seemingly has it all, and will be a coveted Power 5 running back over the next year.
