Coach Notes:
Sterling is the strongest player on the team and this is
obvious with the intensity in which he attacks the weight
room. He is a road-grader offensive linemen with a mean streak!
Caldwell is pretty solid reacting to the defender and has pretty light feet. His weight lifting numbers from sophomore year is pretty solid for his age group. He gets to the 2nd level and shows good urgency. Though his film is short, Caldwell shows the highest athletic potential of any Duluth linemen that we have seen thus far. He moves while engaged with the defender and is pretty solid with his hand placement when blocking.
