Reed has a really light back pedal, and can flip his hips and turn upfield to quickly to make a play on the football. He gets very good depth dropping back though. Accelerates quickly and shows a natural long running stride. Very impressed with Reed, he’s an FBS caliber athlete with his size and how well he moves in the open field. Flows to the football so quickly and takes really impressive pursuit angles. Reed is a P5 caliber FS. Colleges have slept on him during his recruitment, only G5 and FCS interest really. I think that is a gross undervalue of his potential at the next level. His acceleration and field awareness alone should attract top regional schools, and I think he is prime for a big SR year at Trinity Christian.
