Joseph uses his length to stand up the OL. He has a solid motor, gets after the ball carrier in pursuit. Strong player, had a really good game against McEachern. Joseph shows some solid upside, would like to see more film honestly. He should continue to put on good weight, and no doubt he will be around 300 lbs. in college. Carries his weight already too. Pretty strong hands at the point of attack too. Spring film suggest that Joseph is progressing better at OT. He’s worked on his footwork a good bit and showing nice leg drive. Good hand placement while blocking. Still has a ways to go at getting stronger at the point of attack but really like his agility and quickness on the OL. Needs to keep his intensity up each play tho.
