Good athlete who plays on both sides of the ball at WR and DB. Neal shows good speed and aggressiveness, whether it be shedding a block and making the tackle or finishing off a run emphatically. He is an all-around football player and plays each snap at a very competitive level. Neal has good speed and excellent running vision but might be a bigger impact player on the defensive side of the ball.
